You will automatically receive a full refund within 60 business days. Please note that there is no need for you to contact Ticket Rocket.
 
Tickets Purchased at a Venue or Outlet
You will need to email support@ticketrocket.co.nz with the following information:
The name you used to purchase your ticket
The event you have purchased the ticket for
Your account name and number for a manual bank transfer to be processed back to (this must be a NZ account and not a credit card number)
 
Your refund will be received within 60 business days due to the current volume of event cancellations being experienced nation-wide.
 
We appreciate your patience while Ticket Rocket works through the large number of refunds.
 
We'll keep you updated as and when other events are postponed or cancelled.
